Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AstroPrompt (the "Service"), operated by Timecasters LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AstroPrompt is an AI-powered astrology application available as a web application and macOS desktop application. The Service provides astrological chart calculations, AI-generated interpretations, and related planning tools. AstroPrompt is intended for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.

3. Accounts and Registration

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You may register using Google OAuth, Apple Sign-In, or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

4. Free and Paid Services

AstroPrompt offers a free tier with limited AI chat usage. Paid subscription plans (Basic and Premium) are available for expanded access. Free-tier usage limits may change at any time without notice.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period after the notice period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate astrological interpretations. AI-generated content is provided for entertainment and personal reflection only. It should not be relied upon as professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to financial, medical, legal, or psychological advice. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Timecasters LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any personal data you input (such as birth details). AI-generated interpretations produced for you through the Service are provided for your personal use.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIMECASTERS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
